You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at any time. Before you can upgrade or downgrade you will need a subscription. When your free trial runs out you will need to subscribe to continue using stratuShop. 


1. Get to the Settings Page

Click on your Organisation name in the Top Navigation Bar and Click on Settings

 


2. Select your Package

When you are on the settings page you need to click on the "Billing" Tab. This will show the different packages as well as which one is your current plan. 

  • Select the package you want to subscribe for, this will mark the package with a "Selected" badge. 
  • Click on the "Activate Subscription" button



3. Making Payment

After clicking the "Activate Subscription" Button a Popup window will come up that will confirm your Subscription Package as well as the Monthly Subscription Fee. To continue you need to check the fee and then click on "Confirm & Pay"



4. Payfast Payment Gateway

stratuShop utilizes the Payfast Gateway to process subscription fees. The Payfast Page will ask you for your Credit / Cheque Card details in order to process the payment. You need to follow the steps until the Portal redirects you to your Billing page in stratuShop. 



5. Subscription Active

If your payment was successful and your Subscription is active you will be redirected to your Billing Page which will display a green bar that says your subscription is Active. You will be able to Upgrade or Cancel your subscription from here in future. 


*Subscriptions are worked out Pro-rata for the month ahead. If you were to cancel your subscription halfway through a cycle you will still have access to its features until the end of the original month after which your new subscription will be active.
