Managing suppliers with streatuShop give you the benefit of tracking expenses against your suppliers for the purpose of knowing what amount of money you spend with them in any given period of time. 


1. Adding a Supplier

  • On the Supplier Overview page, click on the "Add Supplier" button
  • In the popup window fill in the following details
    • Supplier Name
    • Email Address
    • Contact Number
    • Notes (You can add additional notes here)


2. Editing a Supplier

  • On the Supplier Overview page, under the "Information" tab, click on the supplier you want to edit. You can either search for them or pick them from the list. 
  • In the Supplier window that opens up you will be able to change the following information: 
    • Supplier Name
    • Email Address
    • Contact Number
    • Notes (You can add additional notes here)
  • You can also Delete a supplier from here. 
  • On the "Documents" tab, you can upload documentation related to this supplier. This could be SLA's, contracts, receipts etc. 
    • Click the "Add Document" button
    • In the popup click "Choose File" and select a file from your computer. This will upload the file and take you back to the Documents Tab. 
    • Clicking on any of the files in the list will open it in a window where you can choose to "View" or "Delete" the file.
