A Scheduled Order is an Order that will automatically generate Quotations, Order Forms, Pro-Forma Invoices and Invoices on a schedule for as long as you have set the scheduler to run.
Follow these steps to create a Scheduled Order:
- Start with a normal order
- Populate it with all the details required
- Click on the "Schedule" tab at the top
- Click the "Add Scheduler" button
- Setup your scheduler with the following information:
- Type of document to create (Quotation, Order Form, Pro-Forma Invoice, Invoice)
- Schedule to run on (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Custome)
- How often the schedule should repeat
- Due Date / Expiry Date
- Status
- Select Auto Notification (Should the system email the generated document automatically?)
- Press Save and you're done.
It is possible to have more than one scheduler per order.
