A Scheduled Order is an Order that will automatically generate Quotations, Order Forms, Pro-Forma Invoices and Invoices on a schedule for as long as you have set the scheduler to run. 


Follow these steps to create a Scheduled Order: 

  1. Start with a normal order
  2. Populate it with all the details required
  3. Click on the "Schedule" tab at the top
  4. Click the "Add Scheduler" button
  5. Setup your scheduler with the following information: 
    1. Type of document to create (Quotation, Order Form, Pro-Forma Invoice, Invoice)
    2. Schedule to run on (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Custome)
    3. How often the schedule should repeat
    4. Due Date / Expiry Date
    5. Status
    6. Select Auto Notification (Should the system email the generated document automatically?)
  6. Press Save and you're done. 


It is possible to have more than one scheduler per order.
