With stratuShop you are able to send your clients full statements at the push of a button. Under the "All Order" Menu Item in the left-hand navbar, click on the "Statements" item. 


The "Customer Statement" Page

It is super easy to use. You simply click on the "Select Customer" button. From the popup window, you can either search for a customer or choose one directly from the list. 


You are then shown a page with the transactional statement for this client. This is what the Statement will look like if you were to download or email it. Should you need to send your customer a Statement for a specific date range then you need complete the "From Date" and To Date" fields and press "Update". This will then display the Customer's statement for the given period which can then be either downloaded or emailed to the client. 


Statement Items

The statement items will include: 

  • Invoices made out to your customer
  • Payments received
  • Refunds Issued
  • Credit Notes issued


If invoices are shown in red it means the invoice is still not fully paid.
