The Order Drafts page shows you all the Orders in your system. The tabs at the top of the page categorizes them into Drafts, Recurring Drafts & Completed.
- Drafts are your open documents which could still change in future.
- Recurring Drafts are drafts of orders where you may need to send a new Invoice on a recurring basis such as Weekly or Monthly.
- Completed Orders are the ones you have concluded and sent to client. They will not be needed in future so they can be filed into the Completed tab.
You can set the status of an Order by clicking on it to open it, then navigating to the “Additional Info” and choosing its status from the drop-down menu.
The Order will then be moved to the chosen tab on the Orders Page
