"Organisation" Tab: 

Under this tab, you should set up all the details related to your business. This include:

  • Organisation Name
  • Business Registration Name
  • Email Address
  • Main Telephone Number
  • Postal Address
  • Physical Address 
  • Invoice Terms - If there are any. 
  • Banking Details
  • Currency Symbol
  • Financial Year End
  • Slogan
  • Upload or Modify your Logo
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) Setup
    • Here you can:
      • Enter your VAT Number for your Orginaisation.
      • Your VAT Percentage (Set at 14% by default)
      • select whether you want to display VAT on Invoices and whether you want VAT to be added to the Invoice Total
  • Email Text to be added when sending an Invoice via email through stratuShop
  • You can choose to have your organisation Bcc'd on all outgoing emails. This means you will get a copy of each email being sent to a client from stratuShop.
